
| After graduating from the Leningrad Conservatory (N. Rimsky-Korsakov) in the Piano (class of prof. T.P. Kravchenko) Natalia FROLOVA was invited to work as an accompanist in the opera and symphony conducting class held by the legendary Professor, and People’s Artist of Russia, Ilya Musin. She has won numerous prizes for "best accompaniment" at various competitions held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, various other Russian cities and abroad. In 1998, the duo of Natalia Frolova and flutist Nikolai Popov won the first prize at the International Young Concert Artists competition in the UK. The pianist performs solo concerts, collaborating with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and other ensembles. Since 2003 she has taught chamber ensemble at the St. Petersburg Conservatory and conducts master classes in many cities around the world.
